Some scuffing to leather borders, but covers otherwise clean & bright; extremities rubbed, with small scuff mark to v.1 spine head; very few of the usual small marginal stains; in fact, a majestic tight, bright and clean set which, apart from the scuffing to leather borders, is actually Near Fine. Interior shows very faint damp stain throughout, but, except for a couple of prelims and rear pages, is otherwise remarkably bright and almost fresh.
