Rubber-stamp name on front free endpaper; previous owner’s blind-stamp on title-page; vellum missing on one bottom corner; a few pages have at one time been cut out, then taped back in; and at least 30 pages (836q-864a) are missing altogether; but an otherwise tight, bright, and clean copy. One of the largest type specimens ever published, with gold borders around introductory text, colour frontispiece, and some colour throughout. Text in German.
