Some browning to free endpapers, and a couple of specks of tape residue to front one; slight foxing to fore-edge, occasionally penetrating margin; dj spine slightly sunned, with closed tear and very shallow long chip to rear panel. T. W. White was Lieutenant-Colonel in the Australian Commonwealth Military Forces, training airmen in Mesopotamia until his capture in 1915. He escaped from POW prison in Constantinople in 1918.
