Missing front free endpaper; front hinge started but very firm (from removal of endpaper); but the bottom half of pp. 79-80 is cropped, presumably by previous owner who wanted to hoard either an illustration or a bit of text. Ordinarily we wouldn’t list a vandalized book like this, but the volume is of such importance to watercolour artists that someone may wish to own it, even in this state, and at a severely reduced price. Apart from the vandalization, the volume is in otherwise almost pristine condition, and the dj shows only some slight wear at head of spine.
