This edition advertises itself as the first ever with parallel Latin & Italian texts; prefatory material is all in Latin. Index. Bookplate on front pastedown; spine slightly rubbed, with some slight flaking to spine gilt; board extremities rubbed, with light wear to corners; edge-marbling faded; .interior otherwise Near Fine, with very little of the usual staining and soiling in a book of this age, practically no foxing at all, and only 10 browned pages near the centre of the book; one leaf (pp. 31-32) is missing top corner, not affecting text.
