Hardcover. n.d. Facsimile plates of the original edition of 1764, reprinted about 150 years later, i.e. ca. 1914, according to the introduction. Large 4to. 2 vols. Each is a suite of engraved plates, unbound as issued, in portfolio of grey cloth printed in red, with title plate set in; cloth ties. V.1 (Architecture) consists of 17-page introduction and 128 plates; v.2 (Decoration), of 128 plates. Cloth portfolio soiled, and pastedowns browned; but plates virtually near fine with marginal tanning; introduction prelims slightly browned, but some pages of introduction still unopened. Title continues: “Recueil de compositions d’Architecture et d’Ornements antiques et modernes, de toute espece.
