Hardcover. Original cloth with spine and cover ornamented in gilt, repeated in blind stamp on rear cover; all edges gilt. Approx. 130 pp. Illustrated with 10 hand-coloured plates by J. Ackerman. A collection of poems on various flowers, mostly by Osgood, with ten vibrant floral plates, and dictionary of flowers at rear. Spine tips and corners slightly worn; gilt decoration still fairly bright; slight raising to cloth, but interior foxed. The foxing generally affects only the white field of each plate, leaving image bright & sparkling. One plate detached, but all are present.
