Ink name to front pastedown and title-page (both volumes); binding cracked (both volumes), hinge started and first couple of signatures slightly shaken in v.1; extremities lightly rubbed and rubbing to cover & spine vignettes, with some flaking to silver of v.2 spine vignette; fold-tears to large map; still a sparkling copy with silver stunning on deep blue, and interiors clean and bright.
