Text preceded by an extract from Mynheer Jacob Roggeveen’s offical log of his discovery of and visit to Easter Island in 1722, the whole transcribed, translated and edited by Bolton Glanvill Corney. Endpapers, fly-leaf and title-page browned; rear hinge started but firm (from thickness of rear pocket); front hinge started under first signature; binding slightly cracked but firm, and top board very slightly bowed; interior otherwise bright.
